Packing your frames
Fold each pair before placing it inside. Ask us to confirm fit for oversized frames, and close the case gently without forcing it. Store it away from pressure from heavier items in your bag.
Care and storage
Keep the organiser in a dry place away from direct heat. Wipe the exterior gently with a soft cloth and let it dry fully before storing your accessories. Avoid soaking or abrasive cleaners. Organiser only; watches, jewellery and other display accessories are not included.

Free returns within 7 days of delivery
Request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery. Non-personalised products are eligible if unused or if they arrived damaged. There are no return, reverse-shipping or restocking charges for eligible returns.
Personalised and customised products
Personalised or customised products cannot be returned for a change of mind. They are eligible for a free return only if they arrived damaged; please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of returned products
Opening the packaging to inspect the product does not count as use. Unused products should be returned with their included parts and accessories. Please keep the original packaging where possible and pack the item securely.
Products used after delivery are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Damage caused after delivery by use, misuse, accidental drops, spills, alterations or improper care is not eligible for a return or refund. This exclusion does not apply to damage present when the product arrived.
How to request a free return
- Email support@folkcreations.in or WhatsApp +91 93267 88719 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for returning.
- For damage on arrival, share clear photos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video is helpful if available, but is not compulsory.
- Our team will confirm the return arrangements. Do not pay for or arrange return shipping without contacting us first. If pickup is unavailable, we will arrange a no-cost alternative.
- Pack the product securely with its included parts. We will inspect the return and confirm the refund status. Eligible returns are refunded without a return-fee deduction.
If an incorrect item, a manufacturing defect or a personalisation error is discovered, contact our team for a resolution. This policy does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
