Working days and business days both mean Monday to Friday, excluding weekends. These are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed arrival dates. Public holidays, your location and courier disruptions may affect arrival.
The personalised window includes normal production and delivery time; it is not an additional period after dispatch. Please provide complete, correct personalisation details promptly. Waiting for your name, spelling or design confirmation can delay delivery.
For unavailable or production-delayed variants, contact us to confirm availability and an estimated delivery date before ordering. Standard estimates do not apply until availability is confirmed. For a date-sensitive gift, please check with us first.
Orders containing personalised items follow the personalised delivery window unless our team confirms separate shipments.
Cash on delivery
COD is available through our COD form for eligible products and serviceable PIN codes. Every item in the order must be COD-eligible. Personalised products are prepaid only. Shopify checkout accepts online payment.
Tracking and help
Track your order or email support@folkcreations.in. Contact us promptly if packaging or the product arrives damaged.
Free returns
Request a free return within 7 days of delivery for an unused non-personalised product or a product that arrived damaged. Personalised products are returnable only if they arrived damaged. Customer-caused damage after delivery is excluded. Read the full returns policy.

Through what carrier do you ship?
We only work with well-reputed and trusted courier service providers. This is our way of ensuring that our products not only reach you in the fastest possible time but also, in perfect condition. You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We also provide you with the option of tracking your delivery.
Will I be notified before delivering the shipment?
We will send you an e-mail and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We also have a team that is specifically committed to ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest. On your behalf, we stay connected to the delivery company to ensure that the product/s reaches you as promised.
