Which watch box size should I choose?
Count the watches you want to store and leave space for planned additions. Our Classic box offers 5, 6, 10 and 12-slot layouts. For large faces or bracelets, contact us to confirm compartment fit.
Can I personalise an organiser?
Selected watch boxes offer name personalisation. Choose an eligible product and our team will call to confirm the name after ordering. Check spelling carefully and review the personalised-order return conditions.
Will oversized sunglasses fit?
Frames vary in width and curve. Please ask us about compartment dimensions before ordering if your frames are oversized.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery from order placement: standard orders take 2–3 working days in Mumbai or 3–5 in the rest of India. Personalised orders take 3–4 working days in Mumbai or 5–7 in the rest of India, including normal production time. Weekends are excluded. Public holidays and courier conditions can affect arrival. For unavailable or production-delayed variants, contact us for an estimate.
Is cash on delivery available?
COD is available for eligible products and serviceable PIN codes. Eligibility depends on every item in the cart.
Can I return an order?
Yes. Request a free return within 7 days of delivery if your non-personalised product is unused or your product arrived damaged. No return, reverse-shipping or restocking charges apply to eligible returns. Personalised products are returnable only if they arrived damaged. Products used and damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible.
Are watches and other accessories included?
No. Product and lifestyle photographs may show watches, sunglasses, jewellery or gadgets to illustrate the organiser. These accessories are not included.
