RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We only accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged or Faulty and you have the unboxing video of the same. Unboxing video is compulsory to claim replacement of the product.

In an exception case the product can be returned but the customer has to bear the shipping charge of 250 for reverse shipping.


Can everything be returned?

Yes, as long as it doesn’t fall into any of the following categories:

- Personalized items include keychains, charms, charm bracelets, necklaces, and rings.

- This is also applicable to sale items, offer items, and free items, unless the product is broken or defective.

We advise you not to accept any order if our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery – these orders will not be accepted if returned.

Please note: For Cash On Delivery you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery


Breaking it down – the return process:

  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Once the item/s is/are securely packed, connect with a FolkCreations executive to let us know you plan to return the item, so we can expect it!
  • Ship the item to the address mentioned below.
  • Share the tracking details with our FolkCreations executive. In the event we do not receive the package, we will request POD (Proof of Delivery).

Please ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box: 
03, Comrade Chambers, Govindji Keni Road, Hindmata, Dadar (E), Mumbai-400014

  • Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 15 days.

Please allow a maximum of 12-15 business days for the return process to be completed.

RETURNS

Note: We do accept Returns on Customised Products except if the product is damaged or not as described in your order.
Customers can cancel the order within 6 hours of placing it by requesting it from our customer care before the order has been dispatched.
After the product in into processing, Folk Creations will accept the returns & exchanges only in case of the product delivered is damaged in transit or not as described on our website.

Alternatively, you can request returns via email or live chat (messenger) as well.
FolkCreations will schedule a return pickup request ourself.
After receiving the return package, Team FolkCreations will inspect it within 1-2 business days and issue a full refund within 7-9 business days, or in case of an exchange request, we will dispatch the replacement package or email an E-Gift Card of the same value to shop from our website.

EXCHANGES

Customized or Personalized items can be exchanged only IF:
A. You have received a damaged/faulty item or if it has customization (spelling, font) errors.
B. If the polish of the item/product fades away within our warranty period of 30 days.

Once your order is placed, it is immediately initiated in our production units, thereby having no room for us to cancel a customized Jewellery order.
