Delivery, clearly explained

We offer free shipping across India, with no minimum order value.

When will my order arrive?

• Standard orders: estimated delivery in 3–5 business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
• Personalised orders: estimated delivery in 12–15 working days from order placement, depending on your location. Production usually takes around 4–8 working days before dispatch.
• If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible. For a date-sensitive gift, please contact us before ordering.

Cash on delivery

COD is available for eligible products and serviceable PIN codes. Every item in your cart must be eligible. Where COD is unavailable, please choose online payment. Credit and debit cards are not accepted as COD payment.

Payment must be made before opening a COD parcel. If the outer package arrives open or unsealed, do not accept it and contact our team. For issues discovered after opening, please see our returns and exchanges policy.

Track your delivery

Use your order or tracking number on our tracking page. We send email and SMS updates when your parcel is out for delivery.
