WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR NON CUSTOMIZE ORDERS
Our customers are important to us and we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it. The product should be in the same condition as you received it, without any damage or defect, and in its original packaging.
To make the return process easier, please send us a video of unboxing the product and showing its condition when it was delivered. This will help us verify your claim and process your return. Please note that a shipping fee of 299 will be charged if you decide to return the product
Remember, to initiate the return process, it is helpful if you provide us with a unboxing video demonstrating the condition of the product at the time of delivery. This will help us validate the claim and facilitate your return.
Please note, any order where our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery will not be eligible for a return. We advise you to refuse acceptance of such orders.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there are any issues, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note: For Cash On Delivery you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery
Breaking it down – the exchange process:
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Once the item/s is/are securely packed, connect with a FolkCreations executive to let us know you plan to return the item, so we can expect it!
- Ship the item to the address mentioned below.
- Share the tracking details with our FolkCreations executive. In the event we do not receive the package, we will request POD (Proof of Delivery).
Please ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box:

- Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. Then we will initiate an exchange provided you have sent the unboxing video
Please allow a maximum of 10-12 business days for the exchange process to be completed.
