Corporate Gifting in India: A Practical Guide

Corporate gifting fails in a predictable way. Someone picks an item that photographs well, orders two hundred, and most of them end up in a drawer. The gift was chosen for the giver, not the receiver.

A few things separate gifts that get used from gifts that get stored.

Choose by use, not by price

The question worth asking is whether the recipient would miss it if it vanished. A cable organiser for someone who travels for work passes that test. A desk ornament does not.

For mixed groups where you know little about individuals, gifts that solve universal annoyances are safest: the gadget and cable organiser bag at ₹899, the travel watch roll at ₹599, or a sunglasses organiser with a mirror from ₹699.

Budget per head, realistically

  • Under ₹1,000: a useful single item. Best for large groups and seasonal gifting.
  • ₹1,000–2,000: a watch box or sunglasses organiser. Suits client gifting and senior staff.
  • ₹2,000–3,500: a larger box, or a personalised piece for a milestone or a long-standing client.

Be careful with branding

A logo turns a gift into marketing, and people treat it that way. A discreet mark on the underside is usually better received than a large print on the lid. If the gift is meant to be kept, the recipient's name on it works far better than your company's — that is what our personalised range is for.

Order earlier than feels necessary

Volume takes time, personalisation takes more, and courier networks slow down before every major festival. Three to four weeks ahead is comfortable; the last ten days before Diwali are not.

Tell us quantities, budget per head and the date you need delivery, and we will tell you honestly what is achievable. Start on the bulk orders page.

One practical tip

Order a single sample first and hold it in your hands. Photographs flatter everything, and a gift you have inspected is a gift you can stand behind.
