Remember, to initiate the return process, it is helpful if you provide us with a unboxing video demonstrating the condition of the product at the time of delivery. This will help us validate the claim and facilitate your return.
Please note, any order where our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery will not be eligible for a return. We advise you to refuse acceptance of such orders.

Breaking it down – the exchange process:
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Once the item/s is/are securely packed, connect with a FolkCreations executive to let us know you plan to return the item, so we can expect it!
- Ship the item to the address mentioned below.
- Share the tracking details with our FolkCreations executive. In the event we do not receive the package, we will request POD (Proof of Delivery).

I love this bag!! Perfect to travel. All my make up and skin care in one????
Sooo cute and I love the clear top part with the double zippers. My brushes are a bit long but somehow they fit in lol. recommend for anyone who is like me and and wants to keep it all in one spot. I just throw it all in and done.
The whole reason I bought this was for trip I was taking with my family and I needed a more compact but spacious makeup bag or as my husband would call itI am SOOO GLAD I bought this one! Not only was the price great but the product itself is amazing. It definitely holds WAY more makeup/brushes then you would think due to the size but the inside is pretty deep and the extra space on top really makes a difference.
I love this make up bag it fits all of my make up and it is good for traveling. The only thing is that its a little large so its hard to fit in a carry-on or a backpack.
Love this product! Exactly what I need for makeup/small toiletries when I travel. I also love the top, clear compartment. Was planning on using that for make up brushes, but there are elastic bands to hold those on the inside. Not sure how Ill use the compartment yet, but I love that I can have that to keep some things separate! The design is also super cute but classy
